RegistrationMMV9 participation fees The basic regular fee and student fee will include:
To meet the needs of differente participants, we offer several additionnal options. The conference dinner Friday evening (in the Château Luchey Halde) will be paid separately. Accompanying persons are welcomed (once they have registred and paid the conference dinner fee). Collective transport (free of charge) from Bordeaux Sciences Agro to Luchey Halde will be offered (upon registration). Wednesday wine tasting will also be paid separately. It will be organised within the conference buildings. Tasting last 45 minutes. The capacity is limited to 28 people (registration required). Two sessions will be offered (hence limiting the total number up to 56 participants) Participation fees
Late registration (i.e. from June 30th) will induce an extra charge of 100 Euros. You can register to the conference at: https://www.azur-colloque.fr/IRSTEA/inscription/preinscription/21 Fill the forms in English language (with Latin Alphabet). Only paiment by credit card (except American Express) will be accepted. Bank transfers are not accepted. Registration will be possible only using the dedicated site in two steps (1 – preregistration for control and 2 – registration and payment only using credit card) /!\ you will receive a confirmation email after having preregistered (step 1) before going to step 2 /!\ /!\ Please take care not to stop half way once you've started the step 2 /!\ d the wine testing is no longer available /!\ In case of registration cancelation before July 31,2018, full reimbursement of registration fees will be provided. After July 31, 2018, no reimbursement will be provided. It is free of charge for people attending the conference or not. It will be held on the MMV9 Conference site (location and hours yet to be defined). Registration is required in a separate form Post conference excursions Post-conference tours will take place on 1st and 2nd September. They will include one or two-day excursions to a number of destinations in Nouvelle Aquitaine Region. Participants will be able to choose from several tours depending on their desired activities and location These tours are not included in the conference fee and require a minimum number of participants. They are charged separately and will be paid directly by participants to our partners. /!\ Registration required, more information on post conferences page ! /!\ One year subscrition to the Journal of Outdoor Recreation and Tourism An additional option will be a one year subscription to the Journal of Outdoor Recreation and Tourism (JORT) : one year/ 4 issues : 40 Euros (printed version).
